I agree to Green Destinations Ltd checking my DBS certificate status online, as and when required, for the duration of my employment with Green Destinations Ltd. This is in line with Section 116A of the Police Act 1997, for the purpose of asking an exempted question within the meaning of Section 113A of the Police Act 1997; or in relation to my Enhanced Criminal Record Certificate, for the purposes of asking an exempted question for a prescribed purpose within the meaning of Section 113B of the Police Act 1997.
I consent to Green Destinations Ltd obtaining and retaining a copy of my DBS certificate, information obtained as a result of the DBS disclosure, and any other information reasonably required relating to the DBS disclosure.
I also agree for this information to be shared with appropriate third parties where there is a legal obligation to share this information and/or as part of multi-agency safeguarding decision-making, if necessary, in relation to my employment with Green Destinations Ltd.
